* Military membership is required to hold this position. Current regulations require the individual selected for this position be assigned to an appropriate military position and be qualified in the duty MOS. If not already qualified, the selected applicant must be eligible to become qualified in the duty MOS.

1. NGB Form 34-1, dated October 2002, Signed, dated and annotated with job number and title.
2. Signed certified copy of DA Form 2-1.
3. Five latest OERs/NCOERs if available; if five are not available, submit a Letter of Recommendation.

8. Applicants are subject, but not required, to a personal interview, before a military board upon notification of time and place. Necessary travel will be at the expense of the individual. Inquiries concerning specific aspects of the duty position should be directed to the Selecting Official.
9. Selection criteria is based on military education, experience in career management field, source of MOS/AOC, civilian education and experience related to the position.
10. Eligibility of Guard women will be consistent with applicable assignment policies of NGR 600-100 for Officers, NGR 600-101 for Warrant Officers and NGR 600-200 for Enlisted.
11. Initial Entry Qualifications: Must meet entry requirements of AR 135-18, NGR 600-5 and AR 40-501 Chapter 3.
12. On-Board AGR Qualifications: Must continue to meet requirements of AR 135-18 and NGR 600-5.
