All positions require military membership in the Ohio National Guard as a condition of employment. Positions are available for both the Army and Air National Guard. Who Can ApplySome positions are only open to current on-board AGR soldiers within the state of Ohio. Other positions are open for fill for "New Hires" and any current military member of the Ohio National Guard. Application Procedures After the closing date of job announcement, packets will be submitted to the selecting official, who will follow required procedures and make a recommendation of an individual to be hired. Recommendations will be submitted to the Human Resources Officer (HRO) for his approval/disapproval. After HRO approval, all individuals who applied will be notified of their selection/non-selection by the selecting official. NOTE: Your application will not be returned after a selection is made.
