Jobs with the Ohio National Guard

The Ohio National Guard has two types of employment available. The first, the Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) program is active duty employment with the Ohio National Guard. Secondly, the Ohio National Guard Technician Program is Federal Civil Service employment. Positions are available in the General Schedule (GS) and Wage Schedule (WG/WL/WS) areas. General Schedule positions are administrative in nature (white collar) where as Wage Schedule positions are maintenance oriented (blue collar).

Both types of Full Time Positions Available employment require military membership in the Ohio National Guard as a condition of employment and are available for both the Army and Air National Guard.
