Spc. Michael Gillespie, a helicopter repairer with Company D, 1st Battalion, 137th Aviation Regiment, cleans off the Hover Infrared Suppression System during an engine cleaning on a UH-60 Black Hawk last fall at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Shelbyville, Ind. In addition to the Black Hawk, the Ohio Army National Guard operates the CH-47 Chinook and UH-72 Lakota to aid civil authorities and first responders in Ohio and throughout the U.S., as well as support overseas contingency operations worldwide.

Sgt. Johnathan Casto, a recovery vehicle operator with the 371st Sustainment Brigade, drives a wrecker hauling a Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected armored vehicle off of an Air Force Boeing C-17 Globemaster III earlier this year at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. During the 371st's nearly yearlong deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Casto was responsible for pulling disabled equipment off of aircraft and relocating them to the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group yard.

Gates open at 7 a.m., and activities include practice rounds, a free exclusive PGA/Military Golf Clinic, Honoree Ceremony at 3 p.m. (Annika Sörenstam) and Jack Nicklaus Golf Clinic at 4:30 p.m.
