COLUMBUS, Ohio (05/23/17) — The Ohio National Guard welcomed television news anchor/reporter Angela An and members of the Dublin Taiko Group, a Japanese drum ensemble from Dublin City Schools, to participate in an Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month observance at the Maj. Gen. Robert S. Beightler Armory. The program was part of the Ohio National Guard's ongoing leadership development series, designed to educate service members on other cultures and celebrate the differences that make the Guard a stronger organization. The event culminated with a performance by the drum ensemble, which combined rhythmic music with choreographed movements.
