Brigades conduct Best Warrior Competitions
to select best for state event in March

NEWTON FALLS, Ohio — Soldiers from the Ohio Army National Guard’s Special Troops Command (Provisional) and 73rd Troop Command took part in a combined Best Warrior Competition Nov. 4, 2017, at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center, near Newton Falls Ohio. Soldiers were tested on a wide variety of skills including land navigation, physical fitness, weapons proficiency and general Army knowledge, with winners in the Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer categories moving on to the Ohio Army National Guard BWC scheduled for March 24 at Defense Supply Center Columbus.
