It is with deep regret and sorrow that
the Ohio National Guard announces the Nov. 8, 2015, death of retired Brig. Gen. James M. Abraham, former Ohio assistant adjutant general for Army.  He served in World War II under Gen. George S. Patton, and as assistant adjutant general created the predecessor to today's Ohio National Guard Scholarship Program.
