OHNG Warfighter Culture Fundamentals

For the Ohio National Guard and Adjutant General's Dept. Workforce 

The 19 fundamentals developed by the OHNG senior leaders, inspired by David Friedman's book Culture by Design, are intended to further cultivate a Warfighter mindset within the organization. By ritualizing these fundamentals, the organization aims to enhance focus, collaboration, and resilience. The fundamentals work together to create a cohesive culture that supports the organizations mission.
